i stand all amazed
I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me
Confused at the grace that so fully he proffers me
I tremble to know that for me he was crucified
That for me, a sinner, he suffered, he bled and died
Chorus:
Oh, it is wonderful that he should care for me
enough to die for me
Oh, it is wonderful
Wonderful to me
I marvel that he would descend from his throne divine
To rescue a soul so rebellious and proud as mine
That he should extend his great love unto such as I
Sufficient to own, to redeem and to justify
(Repeat chorus)
I think of his hands, pierced and bleeding to pay my debt
Such mercy, such love and devotion can I forget?
No, no, I will praise and adore at the mercy seat
Until at the glorified throne I kneel at his feet
I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me
Secure in the promise of life in his victory
Thus ransomed from death I will live to my Savior's praise
And sing of his goodness and mercy through endless days

Day 7 (July 1)
Finally! The nurses at St. Joe’s indicated that the doctors felt Ian was okay to go home the next day! Just two things needed to be completed before he could be released. He needed to pass his hearing test and receive his hepatitis B vaccination. I blame myself here as a mother for not having been completely educated on vaccines.
Fact: It is suggested that infants get the hepatitis B shot before they leave the hospital. It is not required. Fact: You can work out your own vaccination schedule and guidelines with your pediatrician. Fact: You can order vaccines directly from the drug company with fewer additives and in single doses. Fact: An infant’s immune system is very weak at birth.
This is Ian hours after his HepB shot :This is Ian 9 days after the HepB vaccine :
This is why I am such an advocate for people to educate themselves.
You DO NOT HAVE to get the HepB in the hospital!!!
Unless your baby is at high risk-- postpone it!!
"Hepatitis B virus is transmitted by contact with blood or body fluids of an infected person."

spiritual thought
Elder Robert D. Hales stated this during General Conference this year. It has stuck with me since April. This past Sunday we had Stake Conference and it was broadcasted from Salt Lake City. Elder Hales addressed us again. He restated this simple phrase and again it struck a cord.
I want to challenge all of us to keep our spending in perspective. I know there are things we want, but we have to ask ourselves "can we really afford it?".

mother's day
We got home at midnight last night and that's when my mother's day started.
Brian offered to get up with the baby last night and tonight!
We woke up and hurried to get ready and get to church. We were a little late, but I didn't care at all. =] I had to do sharing time and conduct in primary so Brian had the boys the whole time (except for when Parker was in nursery). I didn't have to worry about them at all.
We came home, put Parker down for a nap and I was able to take a bath while Brian cleaned up and washed diapers! (woohoo)
We just got home from dinner. mmMmm
So, I get to relax and then the Apprentice season finale is on tonight.
What a GREAT DAY!!!
Oh, and because of a little error in timing I didn't get my gift today, but as SOON as I do- I'll post pics. <3 I'm EXCITEDDDDDDDDD.
Hope all my mommies had a great mother's day (especially my momma).
